Users managing configurations face broken navigation, unclear information review, and complex permission assignments, causing confusion, delays, and potential errors.

Discovery highlights
Stakeholder 1:1: Misaligned mental models; each team pointed users to a different starting page.
Support-ticket mining: 280 chats + 57 “How do I edit…?” tickets72 % of issues stemmed from users missing the hidden Edit action.
User shadowing: 5 power-users, 2 onboarding sessions
Average “Edit → Save” took 7 clicks & 58 sec; power-users asked for in-row editing.
