Goal

Design, build & launch the first “Super App” that unifies luxury e-commerce and EPH credit-card management in < 12 months.

Shoppers bounced between a mobile-optimized site for retail and disconnected experiences in credit that only existed in person.

Discovery highlights

  • Identified 4 key personas and mapped end-to-end “Experience Vision” journeys blending shopping & credit touch-points.

  • Benchmarked against Liverpool, Channel & Amex apps to set luxury + fintech UX bars.

Delivery

  • Adopted agile dual-workstream model (Commerce ▲ / Credit ▲) with weekly design reviews to keep ~40 stakeholders in lock-step. 

  • Rapid, two-sprint loops: low-fi → annotated hi-fi wireframes → design skinning by junior designers (as per palacio de hierro design system) o

  • Continuous GA4 instrumentation plan established pre-code-freeze to track feature adoption from day 1.
